The School District of Oakfield Exceeds Expectations in State Report Cards, Demonstrating Continued Growth and Success
The School District of Oakfield is proud to announce that it has been recognized as a district that has “Exceeded Expectations” according to the Wisconsin Accountability System. This accomplishment highlights the district's ongoing commitment to academic excellence and the hard work of its students, educators, and staff.
Oakfield Elementary continues its impressive track record by being identified as “Significantly Exceeding Expectations” for the eighth consecutive year. This designation spans the school years 2015-2016 through 2023-2024, with the exception of the 2014-2015 and 2019-2020 school years, during which no state report cards were issued. Oakfield Elementary’s sustained excellence underscores the dedication to high-quality education and a student-centered approach.
Oakfield Middle School has made substantial strides, achieving the “Significantly Exceeding Expectations” designation. This marks an exciting new milestone, demonstrating the positive growth and achievement occurring at the middle school level.
At Oakfield High School, the district is pleased to report that the school remains in the “Meets Expectations” category while continuing to show steady growth.
We are incredibly proud of the progress we are seeing across all grade levels in our district. The hard work, dedication, and collaboration of our teachers, students, and families have been essential in achieving these results. We remain focused on our vision of “Being the Best Small School in the State of Wisconsin,” and we will continue to strive for even greater success in the future.
The district’s focus on curriculum alignment to state standards, as well as the emphasis on defining essential standards and connecting formative and summative assessments, has been key to this success. Teachers are committed to providing students with clear achievement expectations, which fosters a culture of academic growth and achievement. We will continue to work diligently to ensure each student demonstrates a year’s growth or more annually.
